  Beyond disappointed with this location. I opened an account not too long ago. I was called by my banker 2 months after opening my acct and was told I needed to deposit money into my checking a within 2 weeks or my acct would be closed. I was unaware (had not received their mail) therefore I went the next day and deposit a significant amount. My banker never told me my debit card was "unactivated" and that I'd have to go get a new one inside the bank. I work Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 and Its almost impossible to make it to the bank until Saturday. What's even more ridiculous is that the beneficiary on my account, who's able to go during the week, is not able to make withdrawals. Ugh such a bad situation. I won't be able to use my debit card until Saturday! Beyond frustrated with the branch.

  This place is trash no one can't pick up there phones and the branch and assistant manager are horrible omg I never been treat unfair did refiance a car here omg a night mare I have great credit and history and they gave me a 3% and they changed up my Princepal amount so they can profit from the money cheating scam company and employees here have bad attitudes non profit banking my ass is a scam stay away if u want any loan here I will refinance with federal mutual they approved me for 1.9 % I'm happy I went them they are honest they don't profit off there customers like this bank does I have 10 of my friends leaving this bank due to lack of help and honesty.
