  Sargent Meeks is a disgrace to any uniform. Wrongly harrassed and accused me of (what he thought was) expired reg on a car parked on the street. It had proper stickers, but it didn't stop him from hopping my 6' fenced commercial property to harrass me. ON A SUNDAY MORNING at 8am, before some triathalon. Failed to apologize when I provided proof and continued to yell and berate me for no reason. What wrong did I do here Sarg? You are so far from having any interpersonal skills. A community like National City doesn't need a cop like you. You are not the Military Police sir, you are a civil servant ! Stop watching Cops from the 90's and believing thats policing. It ain't.
